His daring spirit has paid off not just for Revenue Frontier but for its clients as well. A creative thinker, Greg has the vision and tenacity to keep his eye on the big picture and never take "no" for an answer.

Stacy Durand - President

Stacy Durand has been in media her entire career. After fifteen years of traditional direct response media buying experience as EVP at Mercury Media and the completion of her MBA, she joined Revenue Frontier in 2005. While at the helm of Revenue Frontier, the company greatly expanded its distribution and client base. Four years away from the agency business proved to be too long-Stacy has now brought her winning smile and that twinkle in her eye to Media Design Group.

 

Her experience and industry relationships make her a vital asset to both MDG and our clients’ greater success. Stacy's knowledge and involvement in the industry expands beyond running MDG. She is an active member of the ERA Board of Directors.

Patrick Romagnano - CFO/COO

Patrick Romagnano is a true CFO/COO of the future. Whether he is assessing a system, writing
a program, or crunching numbers, Pat runs a tight ship. He is constantly developing systems that increase the productivity of Revenue Frontier. Patrick brings with him 10 years of experience from Mercury Media, a traditional direct response media agency. Pat combines his experience and knowledge with innovative systems for analyzing media, assessing value and tracking results to allow Revenue Frontier to work their no risk media model.

Steve Schachter - Senior Vice President, Sales & Distribution

Steve Schachter joined Revenue Frontier in 2003 as Director of Affiliate Distribution. He became Vice President of Affiliate Distribution in 2008, and later became Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales & Distribution. Steve leads the affiliate team which is focused on building and growing affiliate distribution partnerships and driving new direct response advertising revenues.

 

Steve has been instrumental in Revenue Frontier’s growth to become the industry’s largest national satellite delivered direct-response advertising network. He also spearheaded the development and deployment of new file server content delivery solutions.

 

An industry veteran, Steve formerly served as Director of Affiliate Relations at TVN Entertainment where he was responsible for distributing turnkey digital cable television programming, PPV, VOD, marketing and billing services to the cable industry. He also served as an Account Manager at Motorola where he was responsible for headend, set-top, and video distribution equipment sales to municipalities and broadband service providers.

 

Steve began his television career with the rep firm Katz Communications, where he sold short form inventory on behalf of sixty broadcast television network affiliates. Steve is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in Radio-Television-Broadcasting and an emphasis in Media Management.

Michael Marrone – Vice President, Media Distribution

Michael Marrone joined Revenue Frontier in 2001 as Manager of Affiliate Relations. He was later promoted to Director of Affiliate Relations and then to Vice President of Media Distribution in 2007. Michael is responsible for the development and management of relationships with cable, broadcast, radio and out-of-home media markets.

 

Prior to Revenue Frontier, Michael served as Manager of Qwest Digital Media, a division of Qwest Communications. In this capacity Michael was responsible for sales, marketing and business development focusing on B to B digital streaming and storage. A graduate of San Diego State University, Michael lives in Los Angeles and is married with one son.

Mike Scott – Director, Affiliate Distribution

Mike Scott joined Revenue Frontier in 2002 as Manager of Affiliate Sales. He later became Director of Affiliate Distribution. Mike is responsible for distributing English & Spanish direct response short form and long form content on various platforms including cable television systems, national cable networks, and broadcast television stations.

 

Mike Scott began in the media industry in 1993 where he was one of the co-founders of Coast-to-Coast media, the pioneer of PI direct response. As Coast-to-Coast was acquired by Guthy-Renker, Mike was responsible for the distribution launch of GRTV, the first satellite delivered direct response network. He later became Director of Distribution for TV Direct, which was later acquired by Revenue Frontier.
